Simplify the intranet to increase usability for the employees

Customize so each employee can easily find information through job title or individual searches
These personas were important to analyze the behavior of the users that accessed the sites. Their preferences and demographic data allowed for a simple definition of users` architypes.
A closed Card Sorting session was held to validate the new structure of the site with all stakeholders. We were at a turning point and could not agree on the grouping of the available assets.
To gain real user data, I designed a simple game distributed to all C-level employees, which allowed the user to sort and order the data. After completion of this testing the data was stored and used to define the site's goal and direction. This app was designed utilizing the Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
